为研究导电沥青混凝土发热的影响因素及发热效果,优化沥青混合料配合比,制作导电试块,分析电压和纤维质量分数对试块发热升温的影响,并进行真雪的融化试验.结果表明:电压越高发热升温越高,安全电压12,24和36V均能满足要求;碳纤维质量分数越大升温越高,达到0.23%后温度升高趋于稳定,0.28%时发热升温性能最好;通电24V具有良好的融雪效果,随着通电时间的延长导电沥青混凝土的融雪效率成倍增加,通电20,40和60min时,融雪效率分别提高了50.00%,66.67%和91.67%.
To study the influence factors and heat effect of conductive asphalt concrete ,the mix pro-portions of asphalt mixture were optimized .Based on mixture ratio ,the conductive test specimens were made .Then ,the influence of voltage and fiber content on heating and warming were analyzed . Moreover ,some corresponding quantitative relations were obtained .The results show that the better heating temperature is synchronous to voltage .T he safety voltages ,including 12 ,24 ,36V ,can meet the requirements .The more carbon fiber content is ,the higher the temperature rises .And the tem-perature tends to stabilize w hen the content of carbon fiber reaches 0 .23% .When carbon fiber content is 0 .28% ,the rising temperature effect is the best ,under the former three kinds of voltage .The 24 V power has a good effect of snow melting .With time going on ,the electric melting efficiency of con-ductive asphalt concrete is multiplied .For the details ,the snow melting efficiency is respectively in-creased by 50 .00% ,66 .67% ,91 .67% ,w hen the electricity is supplied by 20 ,40 ,60 min .
