为了解决高应力软岩和破碎围岩永久巷道的支护难题,提出了一种高强度多边形封闭式型钢支架,采用力法原理建立了支架的结构力学模型,计算得出了合理的支架结构,以经济成本和支架承载强度的高效利用为原则,选取了热轧型钢作为支架的材质。在冀中能源股份有限公司邢东矿进行了现场工业性试验结果表明,采用高强度多边形封闭式型钢支架对巷道进行二次支护后,巷道围岩最终变形量基本维持在50~70 mm,且支架极少出现扭曲和破坏等现象,对巷道围岩的持续变形具有较好的控制作用。
In order to solve the supporting problem of the permanent roadway with heavily stressed soft-rock and broken surrounding rock,a kind of polygonal and enclosed steel support with high strength was put forward,and based on the principle of the force method,the structur-al mechanics model of support was established and the reasonable support structure was calculat-ed. Based on the principle of efficient utilization for economic cost and supporting strength,the hot-rolled section steels were selected as the support materials. Industrial field tests were carried out in Xingdong Coal Mine of Jizhong Energy Group,and the results indicated that after the sec-ondary supporting by the polygonal and enclosed steel support with high strength,the final de-formation of roadway surrounding rock was basically maintained at 50~70 mm,and the distor-tion and destruction rarely appeared,the supports had a good control effect on the continuous de-formation of roadway surrounding rock.
