通过聚乙烯(PE)与丙烯酸二羟基乙酯进行氯化原位接枝得到氯化聚乙烯接枝丙烯酸二羟基乙酯(CPE—cg—HEA),其支链的反应性官能团-OH,与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)共混反应制备了热塑性弹性体(CPE—cg-HEA/TDI);并探讨了影响共混反应过程中的各种因素。结果表明:CPE—cg—HEA/TDI的分子结构在共混反应过程中发生了分子链的断裂,降低了黏流温度,使共混反应过程在80℃以上时,不易进行。
2-hydroxy ethyl arylate (HEA) was grafted onto polyethylene (PE) hy in-situ chlorinating graft copolymerization, as a result, CPE-cg-HEA was obtained. And a new thermoplastic elastomer was prepared by a reaction between the functional hydroxyl (-OH) group at the side chains of CPE-cg-HEA and tolylene diisocyanate(TDI). The influential factors to the process of the reaction were discussed. The results indicated: molecular chaines fractured in the process of blending, which decreased the viscosity flow temperature and made the blending process difficult on above 80 ℃.
