以主链为氯化聚乙烯(CPE),支链为丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯(HEA)的羟基官能化接枝聚合物CPE-g-HEA为主要原料,通过共混方法与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)进行反应制得一种新型热塑性弹性体。本文以FTIR、DMA及应力/应变曲线对该聚合物结构及性能进行了表征,考察了CPE—g-HEA的合成温度、氯含量对热塑性弹性体力学性能的影响。结果表明,CPE-g-HEA/TDI共混物与CPE和CPE-g-HEA相比拉伸强度有了大幅度的提高。
A new thermoplastic elastomer based on CPE-g-HEA and tolylene diisocyanate (TDI) was prepared by the blending method. The structure of the thermoplastic elastomers was characterized by FTIR and the properties were researched by DMA and the stress-stain curve. The influence of CPE-g-HEA reaction temperature and chlorine content on the mechanical properties were investigated. The results showed that the physical-mechanical properties of the thermoplastic elastomer were higher than those of CPE and CPE-g-HEA.
