选取三种不同结构的单糖,即2-乙酰氨基葡萄糖、氨基葡萄糖和葡萄糖,作为内核,采用发散收敛结合法,合成出一类含液晶基元的树状碳水化合物.以收敛法合成树枝状分子DOBOB酸(3,4,5-三[对-(十二烷氧基)苄氧基]苯甲酸),再以发散法合成一系列卤代烷基酰化碳水化合物中间体,最后通过缩合反应在中间体的外围接上楔形液晶基元DOBOB酸,获得目标化合物.
In this study,dendronized carbohydrate liquid crystals were synthesized by divergent-convergent method.Three carbohydrates,2-acetylglucosamine,glucosamine and glucose,were chosen as core units,and wedge shaped dendron DOBOB acid [3,4,5-tris(p-dodecyloxybenzyloxy)benzoic acid] as branches.DOBOB acid was synthesized by convergent method,then a series of halogenated carbohydrate derivatives were synthesized,and finally these two building blocks were jointed by condensation reaction to obtain the target products.
