Hyperbranched polymer surfactant （amphiphilic hyperbranched polymer） is a novel amphiphilie polymer with multi terminated groups and three-dimension structure. This review summarized different strueture of hyperbranched polymer surfactant, which are liner-dendritic and dendritic core-liner shell, annular dendritic core-liner shell, dendritic core-annular shell and liner core-dendritic shell. The hyperbranched polymer surfactant was applied on encapsulationreleased of drugs and dye, membrane additions, grafting on the surface of silicon and carbon, encapsulated nanoparticle, which was exhibited an attractive prospect.
