运用二维弹塑性有限元法对具有不同几何形状胶瘤的单搭接胶接接头承载后的应力特征进行分析。计算结果表明,胶瘤的存在可大大减小胶层和被粘物界面上的各个应力峰,界面上的Mises应力、剪切应力和剥离应力可分别减少近20%、10%和50%。胶瘤的几何形状不同对胶接接头的应力分布也有较大影响。用金属块代替胶瘤后,胶层和被粘物界面上的应力峰值进一步减小,且位置由胶瘤内侧转移到胶瘤外侧,胶接接头强度进一步增强。
The stress distribution of adhesively-bonded single lap joints with different shape spe.ws was analyzed using two-dimensional elastic-plastic finite element method. The results show that the spews can reduce the stresses of the interface between adhesive layer and adherend largely. The Mises stress, shear stress and peel stress of the interface between adhesive layer and adherend reduce by 20%, 10%and 50% approximately. The influence of different shape spews on stresses in joints is large. When the spews are replaced by metal blocks, the stress peak value of the interface between adhesive layer and adherend reduce more, the position of the peak value of stresses change from inboard to outboard of the spews and the strength of the joints improve more .
