通过引入时滞来讨论在多个染病者群体中传播且带有时滞的血吸虫病模型的稳定性情况。通过对时滞模型无病平衡点和地方病平衡点的稳定性分析及数值模拟,认为模型的无病平衡点和地方病平衡点都是局部渐近稳定的,且时滞对此模型并无太大影响,但染病者的有效接触率,尤其是轻度感染者的有效接触率对疾病有很大影响。
The article is mainly through the introduction of time delay, to discuss the stability of the schistosomiasis model spread in the multiple infected with time delay. By the stability analysis and numerical simulation of the disease free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium with the time delay model, the article explores that both the model of the disease-free equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium are locally asymptotically stable. It is concluded that the time delay has not much influence on the model. However, effective contact infections rate especially mild infections rate of effective contact has a great influence on the disease.
