为了提高低温废水处理效果,筛选:和鉴定具有显著低温生活污水降解作用的南极微生物,并对其低温生活污水的处理效果进行了初步研究。实验结果表明,在0~5℃时。南极低温酋群对有机物的降解率显著高于中温菌的去除率,南极耐冷菌对NH3-N及TP均有一定的去除率。从南极低温茼群中筛选到5株蛋白质降解功能菌,4株脂肪降解功能菌,1株淀粉降解功能菌,2株烷烃降解功能菌和1株芳香烃降解菌,并通过16SrDNA序列对它们进行了鉴定,明确其菌属。这为寻求解决低温环境中废水处理的有效方法奠定了基础。

英文摘要:

In order to improve the treatment efficiency of the low temperature domestic sewage Antarctic micro-organisms which have apparent advantages in degradation of the sewage are selected and identificated, and their effects on the treatment of low tempera- ture domestic sewage are preliminaryly studied. The results show that the degradability of organic materials in the domestic sewage which has been treated by use of the Antarctic micro-organisms is higher than by use of mesophilic bacteria when it is 0~5℃, and both NH3-N and TP can be removed by the Antarctic micro-organisms living in the cold environments. Five bacterial strains for protein degradation, four strains for lipid degradation, one strain for starch, two strains for hydrocarbon and alkane and one stain for aromatics are selected from the Antarctic micro-organisms, and their genera are identified by means of the 16S rDNA sequences. This study lay a foundation for effective treatment of wastewater in the low temperature environments.
