[目的]明确海枫藤茎中的矿质元素种类及含量,为其作为药用植物开发提供基础的研究资料。[方法]取海枫藤的干燥藤质茎粉碎,利用化学试剂和仪器的方法分别测定其蛋白质、淀粉、总糖、还原糖、全氮、全磷、全钾、全钙、全镁、全铜、全锌、全铁、全锰、全硼、全硫、全钼、铅、镉、铬、砷、汞的含量。[结果]试验得出,单位质量干重海枫藤茎中含蛋白质4.963 g/kg,淀粉10.618 g/kg,总糖7.149 g/kg,还原糖1.400 g/kg,氮0.852 g/kg,磷0.083 g/kg,钾0.843 g/kg,钙1.197 g/kg,镁0.123 g/kg,硫0.046 g/kg,铜0.248 mg/kg,锌1.515 mg/kg,铁3.515 mg/kg,锰1.184 mg/kg,硼16.910 mg/kg,钼0.308 mg/kg,铅13.130 mg/kg,镉3.020 mg/kg,铬3.640 mg/kg;没有检测出砷和汞。[结论]海枫藤作为中草药使用是比较安全的,也有一定的应用前景。
[ Objective] Tne type and content of mineral element in the stem of Haifeng rattan were cleared as the basic research data for the development of medicinal plants. [Method] The content of protein, starch, sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, potassium, calcium-wide, magnesium, copper, zinc whole, iron, manganese, boron, total sulfur, molybdenum, lead, cadmium, chromium, arsenic and mercury in the stem of Haifeng rattan was treasured with the chemical reagents and equipment. [Results] The testing result indicated that in the dry weight per units of Haffeng rattan stem the contain of protein was 4.963 g/kg; starch, 10.618 g/kg; total sugar, 7.149 g/kg; reducing sugar, 1.400 g/kg; nitrogen, 0.852 g/kg; P, 0.083 g/kg; potassium, 0.843 g/kg; calcium, 1.197 g/kg; magnesium, 0.123 g/kg; sulfur 0.046 g/kg; copper, 0.248 mg/kg; zinc, 1.515 mg/kg; iron, 3:515 mg/kg; manganese, 1.184 mg/kg; B, 16.910 mg/kg; Mo, 0.308 mg/kg; lead, 13.130 mg/kg; cadmium, 3.020 mg/kg and chromium, 3.640 mg/kg; and the arsenic and mercury were not detected. [Conclusion] Haifeng rattan as the use of Chinese herbal medicine was relatively safe and there were certain prospects for the application.
