How to guide university public opinion in cyberspace is an important subject. This system uses the SSH （Struts ＋ Spring ＋ Hibernate） framework and MVC （Model, View and Controller） mode that are often used in Java development. The paper introduces the related concepts of the university public opinion data collection system, and focuses on introducing the module of user registration, user login, user view of public opinion data, crawler management, public opinion data management and user rights management of the system.
