本文以Ti2AlC为原料,采用多种氟盐(LiF、NaF、NH4F)与盐酸(HCl)的混合溶液刻蚀Ti2AlC粉体,制备出具有类石墨烯结构的二维层状材料Ti2C。实验结果表明:在40?C下刻蚀48h后,由不同氟盐刻蚀得到的试样的主晶相均为Ti2C,具有完备的晶体结构。相比于LiF和NaF,由NH4F和HCl混合溶液刻蚀得到的Ti2C在超级电容器(两电极)中所得比电容量最大,可达105F/g。
Ti2AlC powders were etched in many kinds of fluoride salts(LiF,NaF,NH4F)with hydrochloric acid(HCl)to obtain two-dimensional layered material Ti2C with grapheme-likestructure.From the experimental results,samples with Ti2C as main phases were successfullyprepared by the etching of different fluoride salts and HCl in40oC for48h,and Ti2C has perfectcrystal structure.Compared with Ti2C samples obtained from LiF and NaF etching,Ti2C samplesfrom the etching of(NH4F)with HCl had better electrochemical properties as super capacitorelectrode.In a two-electrode measurement,its electric capacity was measured to be105F/g.
