目的调查江西省奉新县淡水蟹的种类及其感染并殖吸虫囊蚴的情况,探讨其动物地理学意义。方法选取西塔镇等12个乡镇24个村,捕捉蟹类并检查并殖吸虫囊蚴。结果首次报告地处九岭山脉中段奉新县境内分布有修水华溪蟹(Sinopotamon xiushuiense)、万载华溪蟹(S.wanzaiense)和束腰蟹(Somanniathelphusa);修水华溪蟹为优势种;万载华溪蟹肺吸虫囊蚴携带率最高;束腰蟹未检获并殖吸虫囊蚴。结论证实奉新县西塔等8个乡镇为并殖吸虫自然疫源地;对奉新县在九岭山脉中段溪蟹的分布格局及其动物地理学意义进行了探讨。
The aim of the present study was to investigate the species of freshwater crABS and their natural infection of Paragonimus westermani(P.westermani)metacercaria in Fengxin County,Jiangxi Province in order to discuss their zoogeographical significance.CrABS were collected from 24 villages in 12 towns and P.westermani metacercaria were detected.It's the first report that there were Sinopotamon xiushuiense(S.xiushuiense),Sinopotamon wanzaiense(S.wanzaiense)and Somanniathelphusa distributed in Fengxin County.S.xiushuiense was the dominant species and S.wanzaiense with the highest infection rate of P.westermani metacercaria.No P.westermani metacercaria was found in Somanniathelphusa.Results confirmed that there were natural foci of P.westermani in eight towns including Xita in Fengxin County.Further discussion should be focus on the distribution and zoogeographical significance of freshwater crABS in Fengxin County that located in the middle section of Jiuling Mountain.
