采用传统的固相反应法和普通烧结工艺,制备了A位和B位复合的(Na0.5+xK0.44Li0.06-x)Nb0.95Sb0.05O3(x=0,0.006,0.012)系无铅压电陶瓷样品,并对样品的压电、机电性能进行了研究。结果表明:该陶瓷系列具有很高的压电应变常数(x=0.006时d33=243pC/N)、低的介质损耗(tanδ〈2×10^-2)、较高的机电耦合系数(x=0.012时,k33=0.632)、高的铁电顺电相变温度(七约400℃)。这些性能显示了它是一种替代铅基PZT的具有很好应用前景的无铅压电陶瓷。
A-site and B-site complex (Na0.5+xK0.44Li0.06-x)Nb0.95Sb0.05O3 (x = 0, 0.006, 0,012) lead-free ceramics were prepared by conventional oxide solid-solution technique, The piezoelectric, electromechanical, properties of the ceramics were evaluated. The results show that this lead-free ceramics system has a relatively high piezoelectric constant(x = 0.006, d33 = 243 pC/N), high electromechanical coupling factor k33 (x = 0.012, k33 = 0.632) and relatively low dielectric loss(tanδ〈2×10^-2) and a high Curie temperature of 400℃. These features indicate that ceramics (Na0.5+xK0.44Li0.06-x)Nb0.95Sb0.05O3 is a promising candidate for replacing Pb-based PZT in piezoelectric application fields.
