本文利用2-氨基苯酚和5-氯水杨醛合成了一种简单的席夫碱荧光探针CP,通过氢谱和质谱表征了化合物CP的结构。在乙腈-水的混合溶液中对其进行了聚集荧光性能的测试,结果表明这种分子具有很好的聚集荧光分子的特性。纯水溶液中,CP能够高选择性识别锌离子,表现出明显的荧光增强,检测限可以达到4.5060×10^-5M,并且拟一级速率常数K=1.27406 S^-,表明了探针CP检测锌离子具有较高的灵敏度。
A simple Schiff base fluorescent probe( CP) was preparedby 2-aminophenol with 5-chloro-2-hydroxy-benzaldehyde. The structure of CP was characterized by ^1H-NMR and HRMS.Aggregation induced enhanced emission( AIEE) characteristics was studies in mixed solvent of acetonitrile and water,the compound CP shows excellent property of the AIE-active molecules.And the sensor display shighly selective recognition for Zn^2+ over other tested metal ions,which displays significant fluore scence enhancement in pure water solution.The detection limit of Zn^2+ was calculated to be 4. 5060×10^-5M,and the pseudo-first-order rate constant K was calculated to be 1. 27406 S^-,which indicate that probe CP has highly sensitive recognition for Zn^2+.
