结合基于竞争与调度机制的混合型方案是高效的无线传感器网络MAC协议的重要解决思路。在深入研究混合型协议μ-MAC的基础上,提出一种增强型的协议Eμ-MAC。它针对周期性数据采集型应用,跨层参考应用层的流量信息来分配时槽,并解决了μ-MAC中GT子信道效率低、动态拓扑适应性及时钟同步问题。仿真结果表明,相对于μ-MAC,Eμ-MAC增强了协议的扩展性,进一步提高了节能效率。
Combining the contention-based and scheduled-based mechanisms is an important solution for wireless sensor net- works (WSN) MAC protocols. This paper studied a hybrid WSN MAC protocol IX-MAC in-depth and proposed an enhanced μ-MAC protocol EIX-MAC. Eμ-MAC, designing for the periodic data collection applications, adopted the traffic information in the application layer to schedule slots. Furthermore, it solved the problems in μ-MAC of the low efficiency of GT sub-channel, the adaptability to the dynamic topology and clock synchronization. The simulation results show that EIX-MAC enables better adaptability and is more energy-efficient than μ-MAC.
