为了弄清MgO-C耐火材料的损伤演化过程及破坏形式,利用声发射技术研究了MgO-C耐火材料受载破坏过程中的声发射现象,通过信号分析方法,对声发射信号功率谱的质心频率和声发射能量历程图进行了分析。结果表明:MgO-C耐火材料的受载破坏过程分为4个阶段,主要的损伤形式为基质损伤和界面损伤。
In order to investigate the the acoustic emission phenomenon damage evolution process and of MgO-C refractories during damage form of MgO-C refractories, the loading damage process was researched using acoustics emission technique, the centroid frequency of acoustic emission signal power spectrum and acoustic emission energy flow chart were analyzed by signal analysis method. The experimental analysis shows that the loading damage process of MgO-C refractories is divided into four phases, the main damage forms are matrix damage and interface damage.
