老年斑是阿尔茨海默病的主要病理特征之一,作为其主要组成成分β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)的清除机制已经成为重要的研究领域。其中“酶降解作用”与“受体介导途径”是当前较为活跃的两个热点。随着Aβ清除机制的不断深入研究,有望在防治退行性疾病方面产生新的治疗策略与措施。
Senile plaques are one of the pathological characteristics ofAlzheimer' s disease. The mechanism investigations of clearance of Amyloid β(Aβ ), main component of senile plaques, have been paid more and more attention to, in which, enzymatic degradation and receptor-mediated efflux from brain are the focuses in the removal research of cerebral Aβ. The review focuses on the current knowledge of Aβ clearance pathways and new treatment strategies based on Aβ clearance.
