心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型系模拟人心肌梗死及其再灌注治疗，研究缺血预适应机制，评价抗心肌缺血及心律失常药物疗效常用的动物模型。本文从冠状动脉血管结扎部位、进针深浅度和结扎松紧度等多个方面阐述了影响心肌缺血再灌注损伤实验动物模型建立的主要因素。
英文摘要：
The animal model of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury, which simulates the human myocardial infarction and reperfusion therapy, is necessary for the study on mechanism of ischemic precondi- tioning, drug effect on myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia. This article analyzes the main factors impacting the establishment of animal model, such as the vascular ligation site, the depth of needle, ligation tightness and so on.
