目的采用HPLC法测定复方磷酸可待因糖浆中的有关物质吗啡和防腐剂。方法采用Symmetry C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以含2.5 mmol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠的0.01 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.1%三乙胺,磷酸调p H2.5)-乙腈(80∶20)为流动相,检测波长210 nm,柱温30℃,进样量20μL。结果吗啡、苯甲酸在测定范围内的线性关系良好(r〉0.9997),平均回收率分别为98.6%、100.9%(n=9)。结论所用方法简单、可靠,适用性好,可用于复方磷酸可待因糖浆的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To determine the related substances morphine and preservatives in the Compound codeine phosphate syrup by RP - HPLC. METHODS Symmetry C ls column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) was used, and 0.01 mol·L^-1 potassium dihydrophos- phate solution containing 2.5 mmol·L-1 sodium heptane(containing 0.1% triethylamine, pH adjusted 2.5 with phosphoric acid ) - acetonitrile(80:20)was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 210 nm and column temperature was 30℃. Injection volume was 20 μL. RESULTS Morphine, benzoic acid were measured in a good linear relationship ( r 〉 0. 9997 ), and the average recovery rate were 98.6% and 100.9% ( n = 9), respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, reliable, applicability, and can be used for quality control of the Compound phosphat codeinen syrup.
