溶胶-凝胶法制备了BiFe0.95Co0.05O3、Bi0.95Pr0.05FeO3和Bi0.92Pr0.05Few0.95Co0.05O3样品。X射线衍射仪、铁电分析仪和振动样品磁强计测量与分析了样品结构、铁电和铁磁性能。结果表明:共掺杂的样品磁性有所增强,这与样品的结构变化有关。Pr掺杂提高了材料的铁电性能,这是因为Pr掺杂减少了氧空位。
Abstract BiFe0.95Co0.05O3、Bi0.95Pr0.05FeO3 and Bi0.92Pr0.05Few0.95Co0.05O3 samples were prepared by sol - gel method. Structure, ferroelectrie and ferromagnetic properties of samples were characterized using X - ray diffractometer, ferroelectrie tester, and vibrating sample magnetometer. The results showed that, the magnetism of co - doped samples compared had increased, due to the Structural distortion. The substitution of Pr improved ferroeleetric properties due to a reduction of oxwen vacancies.
