By introducing the conception of C4ISR architecture information flow complexity, theperformances of the information floW complexity and factors affecting the information flow complexity are analyzed. The complexity is divided into the static complexity and the dynamic complexity based on the indexes and the methodology of complex network measurement theory. Finally, the assessment process and the assessment algorithm for the information flow complexity are studied with the architecture products and their data.
