研究了拜耳法生产氧化铝过程中铝酸钠母液中的有机物的形态变化。将腐殖酸加入到铝酸钠母液中进行循环高压溶出,考察腐殖酸中的有机物在1次、5次、10次循环溶出过程中的存在形态及变化规律。结果表明,腐殖酸中的有机物形态复杂,经过10次循环高压溶出后,最终稳定存在的有丁酸、丁酸丁酯、十六酸丁酯、十八酸丁酯、2-甲基丙酸丁酯、十八烯酸丙酯、二十一烷、二十四烷。研究结果可为铝土矿高压溶出过程中去除有机物提供参考依据。
The morphology change of organics in humic acid during Bayer alumina's production process was studied. Adding humic acid into sodium aluminate solution then circulation dissolving at high pressure, the morphology and its transformation rule of organics in humic acid in the process of each circulatory was examined. The experimental results show that the morphology of organics in humic acid is complex. Through 10 times circulation dissolution at high pressure, the organics stable existing in leaching solution are butanoic acid, butanoic acid butyl ester, hexadecanoic acid butyl ester, octadecanoic acid butyl ester, 2-methyl-propanoic acid butyl ester, n-Propyl 9-octadecenoate, heneicosane and tetracosane. The result can be refer to removal organics during dissolving of bauxite at high pressure.
