借鉴企业顾客满意度指数(ACSI)模型,基于山东、陕西、甘肃3省11个县299户果农专业合作社社员的调查数据,测度了社员对合作社的技术服务预期、技术服务感知质量、农技服务感知价值和社员满意度、社员未来行为,并对合作社农技服务社员满意度的影响因素进行分析。结果表明:技术服务感知价值有显著正向影响,且影响程度最大;技术服务感知质量有负向影响,影响程度仅次于技术服务感知价值;技术服务预期具有正向影响,影响程度相对较小。社员满意度与社员未来技术参与行为具有正向相关性。
Based on the American Customer Satisfaction Index(ACSI)model and the field survey data of299fruitgrowers from professional cooperatives in87villages of Shaanxi,Gansu and Shandong province,this paper measures theexpectation,the perceived quality,the perceived value of technical service that members from farmer’s professionalcooperatives,the satisfaction and the future behavior of members,and analyzes the influencing factors of the members’satisfaction with the technical service of the farmers'professional cooperatives.The results show that the perceived valueof technical service has a significantly positive impact on the satisfaction of the members and the influence is the greatest.The perceived quality of technical service has a negative impact on the satisfaction of the members and the influence issecond only to the perceived value of technical service.The expectation of technical service has a positive impact on thesatisfaction but the impact is relatively small,the members’satisfaction has a positive impact on the future participationbehavior of the members obviously.
