用小口径透明石英玻璃管作为燃烧器,采取拍摄图像的方法,对直流电场作用下乙醇汽化及其扩散火焰的特性进行了研究。实验中发现,乙醇汽化程度及其扩散火焰形态随着乙醇流量的改变而变化;不同电场方向和电场强度对汽化程度及火焰结构、析碳等特性的影响也有明显区别。
Photographic method was adopted to study the characteristics of alcohol vaporization and its diffusion flame under the effect of DC field in this paper, using the small-calibre transparent quartz glass tube as a burner. It can be found out from the experiments that the extent of ethanol vaporization and the shape of its diffusion flame change with the flow of ethanol. Different direction and intensity of DC field have great impacts on the extent of vaporization, flame structure and soot emission and so on.
