采用Radhakrishnan等改进后的MonteCarlo方法,模拟了两种能量结构下的异常晶粒长大过程.研究结果发现,在相同参数下用改进算法模拟异常晶粒长大比Srolovitz和Grest等人的模拟所得到的效率高,而且结果比后者与实际符合得更好.在两种能量结构下,异常晶粒长大的趋势相同,随着J1/J2值的增大,晶粒长大指数有所增加,异常晶粒的体积百分比曲线都出现平台阶段.在相同参数下,第二种能量结构的异常晶粒长大的速率比较快.
Monte Carlo method improved by Radhakrishnan et al. was used to simulation abnormal grain growth process under two energy structures. The results show that comparing with the DJ Srolovitz and GS Grest' s method, improved Monte Carlo simulation algorithm receives higher efficiency and the result is well in line with reality under the same parameters. In both the energy structure, abnormal grain growth has the same trend, and the grain size has increased exponentially with J1/J2 ratio. The percentage of abnormal grain size of platform stage are similar under two different parameters, but in the same parameters, the abnormal grain of the second energy struc- ture grows much faster.
