为了满足LED通信高频带利用率、低误码率的需求,结合多维调制和脉冲幅度调制思想,设计了一种多维多电平脉冲位置幅度(nD-MPAPM)调制方案,并分析了该调制的信息传输速率、频带利用率、功率和误码率。仿真结果表明,该调制具有较高的频带利用率;信息传输速率为MPPM、M-PPM和MPAM的n倍;在误码率均为10-3时,4D-2PAPM的信噪比(SNR)相比于4-PPM提高了约3dB,相比于2D-4PAPM提高了约2.6dB。
In order to meet the requirement of high frequency band utilization and low SNR in LED communication,a new modulation scheme called n-dimensional multilevel stage modulation(nD-MPAPM)is proposed,which is combined with multidimensional modulation and pulse amplitude modulation.Information transfer rate,frequency band utilization,power requirements and bit error rate are analyzed.Simulation results show that nD-MPAPM has the highest bandwidth efficiency and its information transfer rate is ntimes than MPPM,M-PPM and MPAM.SNR of 4 D-2 PAPM has 3 dB improvement than 4-PPM and 2.6 dB improvement than 2 D-4 PAPM when bit error rate is 10^-3.
