本文围绕生命科学热点领域干细胞理论研究，以亚全能干细胞视角阐述了对远古医学之精气、阴阳五行学说和经络学说的认知，探索中西医学合璧、干细胞基础与临床研究，开辟疾病现代医疗的新思路。①干细胞与中医万物本原的精气往体内分布及功能上相似；②干细胞分化和自我更新是相辅相成的．处于中医学中的阴阳相济状态；⑧在体内亚全能干细胞参与五脏六腑组织损伤修复及功能重建，类似于中医阴阳五行学说的互根互生功能；④经络行走于结缔组织间，富集微小血管、淋巴组织网束，穴位在经络上汇集成神经组织区带，与体内功能细胞和组织液共同构建成生物信息网络通路．而亚全能干细胞是经络穴位上重要的效应细胞，循绎感传实现机体内物质、能疆和生命信息的转换和传递，定向迁移输人健康的干细胞母子以修复和更新病变组织；⑤亚伞能干细胞存托于机体各组织发挥重要的免疫调控的蒯竹作用，在病理环境中改善机体免疫调节平衡并促进损伤组织再生修复。

英文摘要：

This article illustrated several important issues on Vital Essence, Yin-Yang and Five-Phase Theory, andChannel Theory in ancient Chinese medicine from the perspective of a stern cell scientist, which may bring new insight into the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine and stem cell basic research, lead to revolutionary cure tk）r the major diseases through clinical translational medicine. First, stem cells share similarity with vital essence in body distribution and their function： Second, stem cells get a balance between sell：renewal and differentiation in a way like Yin-Yang mutual generation： Third, pluripotent stem cells largely contribute to tissue repair and function reconstruction which is similar to mutual rooting of Yin-Yang of the Five-Phase Theory; Fourth, Channels, composed of small blood vessels and lymphatic vessels seated in connective tissues and acupuncture points along the Channels are enriched in neuronal tissues and they constitule a biological information network with cells and tissue fluid. We postulate that pluripotent stem cells arc vital effector cells along the Channels in the body, and they could transfer energy and biological intbn＇nation through the Channels as well as migrate to the injured lesion to regenerate tissues; Fifth, pluripotent stem cells exert important immunomodulatory functions in the body and restore the balance of immune system in pathological scenario, essentially play a critical role in the regenerative medicine.
