基于某款混合动力汽车(Hybrid Electric Vehicle,HEV)动力系统参数,为实现有效传递汽车所需动力的要求,设计了一种行星齿轮式动力耦合装置动力传动结构,并确定了行星齿轮机构的主要参数和传动比;运用UG NX8.0对行星齿轮式动力耦合装置进行建模、装配及运动仿真;通过运动仿真结果得出的机构传动比与理论计算结果对比分析,验证了行星齿轮式动力耦合装置设计的合理性,为后续的有限元分析和结构优化奠定基础。
Based on the power system parameters of a certain type Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV), a planetary gear type power coupling device is designed for power transmission structure which can meet the requirement of power. Then, the main parameters of the planetary gear set and the transmission ratio are determined. The planetary gear type power coupling device modeling, assembly and movement simulation are carried out by using the UG NXS. 0. Through analyzing the results of movement simulation and theoretical calculation, it is validated that the design of planetary gear type power coupling device is reasonable, and lay a foundation for the subsequent finite element analysis and structure optimization.
