有效地数据信息采集和统计是可再生能源数据信息平台建设的基础。本文在分析可再生能源产业现有统计资料的基础上,通过现场调查和专家访谈的方式,梳理可再生能源数据采集和统计的现状,分析可再生能源数据采集和统计中存在的问题,针对存在的问题和困难,从组织机构、信息渠道、指标体系、审查制度、人才培养等方面,提出指导我国可再生能源信息采集和统计的对策建议。
英文摘要：
Information effectively collecting and statistics is a base work to build a renewable energy information platform. Based on the available statistics analysis, on-site survey and expert interview, the paper provides the current status of renewable energy data collection, and analyzes the existed problems. According to those problems, it suggests to deal with them in the aspects of organization, information channels, indicators system, examination system and trainings.
