利用ABAQUS软件对多道次辊弯成形数值模拟技术进行了研究.基于动力显式算法,采用引导板带动板料进入轧辊的模拟方式,建立开口类型钢多道次辊弯成形的有限元模型.重,占、分析了多道次模拟中,模型建立、单元选择、边界条件、虚拟成形速度、加载曲线、摩擦模型和回弹等关键问题,提出了适合于多道次辊弯成形分析的数值模拟方法.通过模拟外卷边槽钢的12道次辊弯成形过程,验证了方法的有效性.
The deformation of roll forming is very complicated and shows obvious material nonlinearity, geometric nonlinearity and boundary nonlinearity. The simulation of roll forming with multiple passes was studied by FEM software ABAQUS. Based on dynamic explicit algorithm and using approach that the metal sheet is pulled by leading sheet, an FE model of roll forming with multiple passes is set up. The key problems in the model, model construction, choosing element, boundary condition, virtual speed of metal sheet, loading amplitude and springback are discussed, and a simulation method for roll forming with multiple passes is proposed. The method is validated with roll forming process with 12 passes of channel section with outer edge.
