采用光学显微镜,对孩儿参属植物中的石生孩儿参的叶表皮微形态结构进行观察,统计并测量表皮细胞和气孔的大小、密度以及气孔指数等指标。结果表明:石生孩儿参植物叶片上下表皮细胞形状无规则,垂周壁深波状,上表皮细胞大小约为70.2μm×146.5μm,细胞密度约为106个/mm2;下表皮细胞大小约为78.6μm×96.3μm,细胞密度约为167个/mm2。上表皮无气孔器,下表皮有气孔器,气孔密度约为91个/mm2,气孔大小约为25.6μm×32.4μm。石生孩儿参叶表皮细胞与本属其他植物种类的叶表皮细胞没有太大差异,其中表皮细胞大小、密度以及气孔器的大小、密度等都居本属植物中等水平。从总体来看,本属植物所有植物种类中,石生孩儿参与异花孩儿参叶表皮结构的各项数值最为接近,说明它们之间有着较近的亲缘关系。
We observed the leaf epidermis characteristics of Pseudostellaria rupestris from the genus Pseudostellaria in China under the light microscopy,measured and calculated the size and density of epidermal cell and stomata apparatus.The results showed that the shape of epidermal cells were irregular,anticlines walls were repand or sinuate.The size of adaxial epidermis cell was about 70.2 μm×146.5 μm,the density was about 106 mm-2.The size of abaxial epidermis cell was about 78.6 μm×96.3 μm,the density was about 167 mm-2.The adaxial epidermis had not stomatal apparatus,but the abaxial epidermis had stomatal apparatus,the density was about 91 mm-2,and the size was about 25.6 μm ×32.4 μm.It was not big difference between Pseudostellaria rupestris and other species of this genus.The size and density of epidermis cell and stomatal apparatus of Pseudostellaria rupestris were medium level in this genus.On the whole,leaf epidermis characteristics of Pseudostellaria rupestris and Pseudostellaria heterantha were the most similar in this genus,it indicated that they had a closer genetic relationship.
