目的:通过中国数字化可视人体数据集对正常女性子宫旁组织进行三维重建,为广泛子宫切除手术模拟、影像学诊断提供有力的形态学依据,为妇科手术和解剖教学提供三维模型。方法:选择3例无器质性病变的女性中国数字化可视人体数据集盆腔段数据,对盆腔器官和子宫旁组织进行识别、分割、创建可视化模型。结果:3例可视化人体盆部数据各个断面图像清晰,色彩逼真,肌肉、骨骼、纤维结缔组织、血管、脂肪之间形成明显的对比。利用该数据集建立了女性骨盆、盆腔器官、膀胱宫颈韧带、宫骶韧带、子宫主韧带、盆腔血管的三维可视化模型,在三维模型上获得了膀胱宫颈韧带、宫骶韧带、子宫主韧带的长度、宽度、厚度的数据。结论:中国数字化可视人体数据集完整而精准,利用该数据建立的子宫旁组织三维可视化模型可为妇科手术模拟提供有力的形态学依据,为临床和解剖教学提供实用模型。
Objective: To establish three-dimensional (3D)reconstruction of normal women parametrium through the Chinese visible human data set, and provide morphological basis for hysterectomy surgery simulation and imaging diagnosis,and 3D model for gynecologic surgery and anatomy teaching. Methods: Pelvic CVH data from three heathy females without organic disease was collected,to create 3D digital model of pelvic organs and parametrium. Results: Each section image of 3 cases was clear and vivid; obvious contrast was formed among muscle, bone,connective tissue, blood vessels and fat. The 3D reconstruction models of female pelvis, pelvic or- gans,VCL, USL, CL and pelvic vessel were reconstructed,and measurement data were obtained in length,width, thickness of VCL, USL, CL on the model. Conclusions: CVH data set are integral and accurate, the 3D digital model of parametrium based on CVH can provide morphological basis for gynecologic surgery simulation and practical information for clinical and anatomic teaching.
