在目前软件的易用性评估中,评估结果往往直接依靠专家主观经验决定,忽略了各属性的重要程度,其准确性和客观性无法得到保证。针对软件易用性评估的问题,提出一种基于加权D-S证据理论合成法则的易用性评估方法。在运用AHP法确定各指标间相对权重的基础上,对D-S合成法则进行改进,完成对各评价信息的加权合成。实例分析结果表明,该方法能够有效削减多个证据间的冲突,极大减小了不确定度和模糊性,使最终得到的易用性评估结果客观准确。

英文摘要：

At present,the results of the assessment on the usability of software directly depend on the subjective experience of the specialists,and the importance of the attribute is ignored,so the veracity and objectivity of this assessment are out of guarantee.A way of assessment based on the D-S evidence reasoning association rules was proposed aiming at the problem drawn from software usability.This way of the assessment was based on the utilization of AHP method to ensure the relative quotient of every index factor,and to complete the weighting combination of all the assessment information through the improvement of the D-S combination rules.The analysis of living example show that this way of assessment can effectively reduce the conflict between multi-evidences,greatly reduce the uncertainty and fuzziness,so that the assessment result of the usability is objective and accurate.
