本研究利用污水处理厂产生的化学污泥制备成多孔、高效吸附剂材料,并且耦合膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺对生活污水进行处理.与普通MBR工艺比较可知,污泥基吸附剂耦合MBR工艺能强化污水处理效能,对浊度、NH3-N、总磷与DOC的去除率分别为99.5%、94.6%、37.9%与88.8%.跨膜压差(TMP)的实验表明,污泥基吸附剂耦合MBR工艺能维持较长的TMP,说明污泥基吸附剂能减缓MBR工艺的膜污染程度,延长膜清洗周期,降低污水厂的运行成本.
In this study, the porous and high efficient adsorbent, prepared from chemical sludge generated in wastewater treatment plants, was coupled with membrane bioreactor (MBR) for wastewater treatment process- ing. Compared with common MBR, sludge-based adsorbent coupled MBR technology enhanced the efficiencies of wastewater treatment and the turbidity, NH3-N, TP and DOC removal were 99.5%, 94. 6%, 37.9% and 88.8%, respectively. Trans-membrane pressure (TMP) of the experiments showed that the sludge-based adsorbent coupled MBR process can be maintained longer TMP. It can be concluded that the sludge-based adsorbent can slow down membrane fouling, extend membrane cleaning cycle, and reduce operating costs of the wastewater treatment plants.
