采用高频电磁场结构仿真软件(HFSS)双模法提取耦合系数,快速设计调试了小型交叉耦合同轴腔体带通滤波器。设计方法简便,具有普适性和实用性。利用HFSS为滤波器做整体仿真调试,设计了工作在L波段的滤波器,带内插损小于0.3dB,带外10MHz有-20dB抑制,并对调试方法进行了研究。
A miniaturized cross-coupled coaxial cavity band-pass filter has been designed fast and tuned by using the HFSS dual-mode method to extract the coupling coefficients. The design method is convenient, practical and uni- versal. The HFSS software is used to simulate the whole filter. A band-pass filter operated at L band has been designed. The filter has the features of insertion loss of less than 0.3 dB in pass-band and -- 20 dB of out-of-band beyond 10 MHz. The tuning method has been analyzed.
