目的观察针刺内关穴对心脏X综合征（CSX）患者的心率变异性的影响。方法 27例CSX患者随机分为针刺组14例和对照组13例,针刺前及针刺后4周分别进行平板运动试验,并记录24 h动态心电图,评价针刺内关穴治疗CSX的疗效及患者心率变异性指标的变化。结果两组治疗后心率变异性各参数较治疗前均显著改善（P〈0.05）,最大ST段水平下移幅度较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论针刺内关穴对CSX患者心脏自主神经功能及运动耐量有明显改善作用。

英文摘要：

Objective：To evaluate the effect of acupuncture on heart rate variability（HRV） of patients with cardiac Syndrome X by Holter electrocardiogram.Methods：27 patients with cardiac Syndrome X were randomly divided into acupuncture group（n = 14） and control group（n = 13）.Clinical effect and HRV were evaluated respectively by TET（treadmill exercise test）and Holter electrocardiogram.Results：HRV was significantly increased in both groups after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture on neiguan points can significantly improve HRV of patients with Cardiac Syndrome X.
