基因芯片技术以其高通量、大规模、平行化、集约化的技术特点,成为目前整体性研究的重要工具,能在基因层面较好阐释针灸作用的整体性、综合性特点,已在针灸研究中广泛运用。本文从针灸理论研究,针灸效应的影响因素研究,针灸作用机制研究3个方面,对基因芯片研究结果进行相应论述和总结,探讨该技术与针灸研究结合的可行性和研究价值,提示基因芯片技术作为基因组学、乃至系统生物学与针灸学研究的一个桥梁,对针灸现代化研究进程起一定的推进作用。
Gene chips technology, which can accomplish many genetic tests in parallel, is a major technology characterized by holistic view. It also effectively reflects the entire and comprehensive characteristics, and is already widely used in acu-moxibustion research. This paper summarizes previous studies from the following three aspects, such as the general theory of acupuncture, effects of individual differences and the mechanism of acu-moxibustion. It might be expected that gene chips technology, as a bridge between genomics, maybe systems biology, and acu-moxibustion, can play a role in the promotion process of acu-moxibustion modern studies.
