为了提高航空弧齿锥齿轮的啮合性能,提出了二阶对称抛物线型传动误差的设计方法。通过改变接触迹线方向和参考点的齿高位置,实现预置重合度的位置对称度设计;采用逆TCA方法,计算满足预置传动误差的小轮变性滚比系数。算例表明,该方法能够获得预定重合度的二阶对称抛物线型传动误差;仅需改变相应的变性系数就能够实现不同传动误差幅值设计,且能够降低啮合性能对安装误差的敏感性;多载荷下的承载传动误差呈先增大后减小再增大的变化规律。
In order to enhance the meshing characteristic of aeronautic spiral bevel gears, this paper proposed an active design method with a second-order transmission error of symmetrical parabolic function. A symmetrical location design with preset contact ratio of spiral bevel gears can be obtained according to the adjustment of orientation of contact path and location of reference point along addendum direction. The modified roll wheel coefficients of generated pinion with pre-designed transmission error function can be calculated using the anti-TCA technology. The results of numerical examples indicated that the proposed design can obtained a second-order symmetrical parabolic function of transmission error with pre-designed contact ratio.The change of modified roll coefficients can obtaine different amplitude of transmission error, and the sensitivity of meshing characteristics to assembly errors reduced. The multi-loaded transmission error showed a regularly changing with an process of increase-decrease-increase.
