Teacher＇s teaching innovation ability is teachers＇ ability to use novel and different teaching methods and means to complete the teaching mission in higher level, which is beyond the existing teaching materials, ways, means, and conditions. Teaching innovation ability is a complex ability based on teaching innovation cognitive system, motivational system, personality system, behavior system and etc. It is the comprehensive reflection of a symbiosis of a variety of psychological structure.
