基于东北地区在我国农业发展中的重要地位及其区战特点,本文选取25项相关指标、以40个地市(盟)为评价单元,建立了东北地区农业可持续发展综合评价模型,从发展水平、发展效率、发展潜力以及综合发展能力4个方面进行了评价,分析了东北地区农业可持续发展的地域分异特征,并探讨了其形成原因。研究表明,东北地区农业可持续发展水平、效率、潜力以及综合发展能力均存在显著的地域差异,发展水平较高地区大多是各省的主要城市区域,发展效率较高地区主要是一些中等城市,发展潜力表现出以大连为中心、向北和向西依次降低的扇形空间格局,综合能力上中部平原地区及南部沿海地市明显高二二北部地区、东部林区和西部农牧区,经济基础、发展效率、农业资源以及科技水平差异是东北地区农业可持续发展地域分异特征形成的主要原因。
Based on the important status and regional features of the sustainable agriculture development in northeast China, the paper selects 25 indicators to develop the assessment model for sustainable agriculture development in northeast China. Using the model and taking 40 prefectural cities as assessment units, the authors analyses the characteristics of sustainable agriculture development from 4 aspects such as development level, development efficiency, development potential and comprehensive sustainability of northeast agriculture, and explore the causes of territorial differentials. The results show that the level, efficiency, potential as well as comprehensive development ability of sustainable agriculture development represent significant territorial differentials in northeast China, and the economy base, growth rate, agricultural resources and agricultural science and technology are the main reasons for the differentials.
