本文采用面板数据分析方法对外商直接投资（FDI）的技术溢出效应与基于技术水平的吸收能力之间的关系进行实证分析。结果发现，东道国技术水平的提高对FDI的技术溢出有明显促进作用，表明吸收能力的重要性。但当东道国技术水平达到一定程度后，FDI的溢出效应则开始减弱，即吸收能力与溢出效应间存在非线性关系。
英文摘要：
This paper studies the relationship between technology spillovers from FDI and absorptive capacity based on technology level. The result shows that the higher absorptive capacity the host counties have, the more spillovers they can get from FDI. However, if the technology level of host country beyond some critical level, the effect of technology spillovers starts to decline, which indicates that there is a non -linear relationship between absorptive capacity and the efficiency of spillovers from FDI.
