目的:研究应用彩超评价小鼠原位肝癌移植造模成功的可行性。方法:建立小鼠肝癌原位移植模型,应用彩超方法观察(3、5、9、16d)不同造模时间小鼠肝癌原位移植造模情况,同时与解剖观察肿瘤比较;并取其肿瘤作病理组织学检查。结果:彩超在模型建立中后期9d组肿瘤的检测结果与解剖观察情况相近,肿瘤检出率可达90%。结论:彩超检测方法是一种无创诊断,可用于小鼠原位肝癌模型的实时评价,为建立小鼠原位移植肝癌模型的判定提供科学依据。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of evaluating orthotropic liver transplantation model by Color Doppler Ultrasound. Method: To establish the mouse model of orthotropic liver transplantation, to observe the different situation of the model by using Color Doppler Ultrasound in different time(3,5,9 and 16days). Observe the tumor after dissecting the mice and compare the reault with the Color Doppler Ultrasound's. Make the histopathologic examination of the liver tumor. Results: The midanaphase tuomor results are similar between the Color Doppler Ultraound and the anatomy, the detection rate can reach 90%. Conclusion: Color Doppler Ultrasound detection method is a non-invasive diagnosis of liver cancer in mice .It can be used to evaluate monitor orthotropic liver transplantation model in real-time.Provide a scientific basis for appreciation orthotropic liver transplantation model of mice.
