目的观察加味散偏汤对偏头痛病人血清5-羟色胺（5-HT）、内皮素-1（ET-1）表达水平的影响。方法将100例偏头痛病人按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊5 mg口服,观察组给予加味散偏汤口服。治疗4周后,比较两组病人血清5-HT、ET-1表达水平的变化及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组病人血清5-HT、ET-1表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗4周后,观察组较对照组病人血清5-HT表达水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,ET-1表达水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论加味散偏汤治疗偏头痛是安全、有效的。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the effect of Jiawei Sanpian decoction（ JSD） on serum serotonin（ 5-HT） and endothelin-1（ ET-1） levels in patients with migraine. Methods One hundred patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups： control group（ n = 50） treated with flunarizine hydrochloride,and treatment group（ n = 50） treated with JSD for 4 weeks. The serum 5-HT and ET-1 levels were detected.The therapeutic efficacy was observed. Results After treatment,the serum 5-HT levels in treatment group were higher than that in control group（ P〈 0.05）. The serum ET-1 levels in treatment group were lower than that in control group（ P〈 0.05）. The total clinical effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion JSD is safe and effective in treating migraine.
