英文摘要：

Objective： To determine tcontents of glucoperiplocymarin in Periploca forrestil Schhr. from different producing areas by HPLC method. Methods：The separation was performed at the following conditions：Alhech Apollo C 18 column （250 mm×4.6 ram,5 μm） at 25 ℃ with methyl cyanide - water （27： 73 ） as the mobile phase, a flow rate of 1.0 mL min -1 , and the detection wavelength at 221 nm. Results： The results showed that the linear detection range of glucoperiplocymarin was 4. 86 - 194.4 mg· L-l （r = 0. 9999 ） with average recovery of 98.5% and RSD of 3.4%. Conclusion ：The method is simple and accurate with good reproducebility, and can be used for the quality control of Periploca forrestil Schltr.
