由于级配、温度和施工等因素的影响,沥青混合料在施工过程会产生离析,碾压后形成的路面离析,从而导致各种路面早期病害现象发生.采用颗粒力学的软球模型理论分析颗粒在自重条件下的相互作用的运动规律,应用颗粒流程序模拟了沥青混合料在CA0.2,CA0.4,CA0.6和CA0.8的颗粒运动情况,在最佳沥青含量下拌和进行性能试验,试验结果表明,沥青混合料在CA0.4-CA0.6之间,压实比和离析势能指数分别存在一个最小值,与模拟结果一致.
Segregation of asphalt mixture results from gradation, temperature and paving parameter during construction, so that there is pavement segregation in the end. The regulations of moving between particle and other particle in the light of soft ball model of particle mechanics for segregation of asphalt mixture under own weight are analyzed. Particle movement is simulated by Particle Flow Code such as CA0. 2,CA0. 4,CA0. 6 ,CA0.8, and there is a performance test under optimum asphalt content. The test results show that compaction ration and segregation index of potential energy exist the lowest values for CA0. 4 to CA0. 6. The gradation of asphalt mixture is obtained during construction. Computer simulation result is identical to testing result.
