由于第二代高温超导带材YBa2Cu3O7-x(简称YBCO)具有较高的不可逆磁场,可以在较高的温度和外加磁场下应用,是近年来高温超导材料研究的热点之一。采用三氟乙酸-金属有机沉积(trifluoroacetic acid-metal organic deposition,TFA-MOD)法制备第二代高温超导YBCO带材由于不需要真空系统,成本低,沉积速率快而广受关注。综述了TFA-MOD制备YBCO带材的工艺最新进展,并对TFA-MOD制备的YBCO带材性能进行了讨论。
Y-based superconductor has a higher irreversibile field than Bi-based superconductor and carries high critical current at high temperature under magnetic field.Metal organic deposition of YBCO using trifluoroacetates(TFA-MOD) is one of the attractive methods because of its low fabrication cost and high-rate deposition.This article reviewed the development of the metalorganic deposition process for the YBCO second-generation high-temperature superconductor wires.The characteristics and performance of MOD-Derived YBCO film was discussed also.
