目的探讨牙龈成纤维细胞-玉米醇溶蛋白支架-双黄补复合体对牙周组织修复的作用。方法以2只Beagle犬双侧上颌、下颌,共24个牙位制备牙周缺损模型,将其分为四组,每组6个牙位:玉米醇溶蛋白支架组;牙龈成纤维细胞-玉米醇溶蛋白支架复合体组;牙龈成纤维细胞-玉米醇溶蛋白支架-双黄补复合体组;空白对照组,分别于术后3个月进行组织学及扫描电镜观察。结果术后3个月,牙龈成纤维细胞-玉米醇溶蛋白支架-双黄补复合体组组织学观察可见新生牙槽骨内见趋于成熟的哈弗氏系统,且生长高度为(1.340±0.020)mm,显著高于其余三组新生牙槽骨高度(P〈0.05)。扫描电镜下,牙龈成纤维细胞-玉米醇溶蛋白质支架-双黄补复合体组牙槽骨可见趋于成熟的哈弗氏系统,而牙龈成纤维细胞-玉米醇溶蛋白质支架组及玉米醇溶蛋白质支架组仅可见排列紊乱的骨小梁结构,空白对照组仅可见纤维性成骨。结论中药双黄补可促进新生牙槽骨生长,利于牙周组织的修复。
[ Objective ] To investigate the effect of Gingival fibroblasts -Zein-Shuanghuangbu complex on the re- generation of the periodontium. [ Methods ] Periodontal defect models were prepared on 24 tooth of two beagle dogs, which were divided into four groups: Zein groups; GF-Zein complex groups; GF-Zein-Shuanghuangbu complex groups; the control groups. The every specimens were observed under Optical Microscope and Electron Microscope after three months. [ Results ] Through Optical microscope ,the freshman alveolar bone of GF-Zein-Shnanghuangbu complex groups were more mature than the control groups, and the height growth was (1.340±0.020) ram, which was significantly higher than other groups (P 〈0.05) after three months. Under the Scanning electron microscopy(SEM), the freshman alveolar bone of GF-Zein-shuanghuangbu complex groups had more mature Harvard's system, and GF-Zein complex groups and Zein groups only had disorganized bone trabecular structure, and the control groups only had fibrous ossification. [ Conclusions ] Shuanghuangbu can promote new alveolar bone grow, so it is beneficial to the periodontal tissue regenerate.
