Due to congenital dysplasia, tumor resection, traumatic injuries and some other reasons, small breast and breast lost of females cause a great deal of mental handicap to the patients. The research of vascularized adipose tissues, aiming at solving the blood supply of large scale adipose tissue engineering products, includes the investigation of the arrangement of blood vessels in adipose tissues, the matrix materials, cell types and growth factors for volume stable adipose tissue reconstruction and the three-dimensional structural model design by using advanced fabrication methods such as computer-aided design, rapid prototyping manufacture and biological evaluation. It is hoped that the vascularized adipose tissues can provide more valuable repair results for patients and establish foundation for the manufacturing of complex organ of breasts.
