以激光为热源,以SiC纳米颗粒材料为前驱体,进行了激光照射下SiC纳米颗粒原位生长晶须的试验,利用SEM对晶须形态进行了分析,分析结果表明激光能量密度是SiC晶须形态变化的主要因素,激光能量密度较小时,晶须形态常为圆锥状、短棒状、丝状,能量密度较大时晶须形貌常见于网状,团簇状等。在样品的不同照射区域,晶须的形态各不相同。
In-situ growth of SiC nano-whiskers by direct laser irradiation on SiC nano-particles is investigated in this work. The results anaslyzed by scanning electronic microscope (SEM) show that laser energy density is the chief factor of the change of SiC whisker morphologies. When the laser energy density is smaller the whisker morphology is often eoniform and virgulate and filaceous, when it is lager the whisker morphologies are often reticular and flocculent. The whisker morphology is various in the different area of sample by laser irradiation.
